Stay compliant with current Utah towing laws, fully customizable and specifically designed for companies engaged in Non-Police, Non-Consent (PPI) Towing.

Legislation passed in 2020 (H.B. 57), effective January 1, 2021, requires specific signage for those performing Non-Police, Non-Consent towing on private property. This sign is designed to meet the posting requirements outlined under Utah Code 72-9-603 (7) – Top Sign Requirement.

Proper signage is not optional. It is a statutory requirement for lawful private property impounds in Utah.  This sign is fully customizable with your company information, parking regulations, and is manufactured to meet enforcement standards across the state.

  • You will receive a design proof for approval before production begins.
